Garden of Reflection 9-11 Memorial Tours and Activities

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The whole place was air conditioned and centrally located. So many stores, bars and restaurants nearby. The room itself was snug, but it had a comfortable bed. Great price for a minimal stay.

We could get to our room after we arrived to hotel after normal check in time and was told by the staff that a check in time does not guarantee access to the room..Really…. We had a dog and ended up being late to a family function. Only compensation offered was a free drink. After conversation with staff, They initially agreed to a 12 noon check out Sunday morning. Sunday morning , We go out for breakfast and come back to the room at 11:45 am.. We were locked out of the room. A physically nice hotel but we got treated like 1-star customers. Totally dissatisfied with our stay.
