The front desk that checked me in in the evening were great. It was the lady on the desk in the morning, she is not very friendly. She accused me of breaking the tv when I asked if someone could reset it after an alarm went off for a missing child. I repeatedly told her I didn't break the tv and she insisted that I pay for it. I was booked for 2 nights a mini vacation to destress and she ruined it for me. I checked out early, and thankfully the 2 men from the night before were on the desk and very helpful. The tv did reset itself before I left and I did not pay for damages. She was rude and I will never stay at a Holiday Inn based on how I was treated.
