"While the staff is very pleasant and the property clean, there is almost no internet speed, the area around the hotel is made up of apartment and thus noisy late at night with kids shouting. There is only 1 small restaurant at walking distance. You need car to get to beach and the pics from hotel misleading. i would recommend hotel for 1 to 2 day max, not 15 like we book and we left 2 days in our stay but hotel refused the refund (as per policy)"

When I encountered a cockroach after bringing pastries into my room, she quickly moved me to a better room, which I really appreciated. There was also a housekeeping mistake where a plunger was placed next to my electric toothbrush. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping procedures. Overall, the staff were friendly, and I appreciated how they handled the issues."
