Check-in was nice and smooth! Our room was perfect my daughter had enough space to run around. Housekeeping ladies were so nice when we asked for trash bags or toilet paper. Lovely ladies! Short drive from Disney so even better for us!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Only issue in the room was the bathroom door in 320 was so heavy and difficult to slide open or closed. Grateful there was always complimentary coffee and hot water for tea selections. We asked if okay to checkout late and Derola so kindly approved a late checkout at 1:00pm.

The staff was amazing, and we enoyed our stay. The room was very nice and spacious too. Just a couple small notes. There was no TV remote in the room, the shampoo and toilet paper were not properly stocked and the beautiful shower was kinda ruined due to low water pressure. $20 for parking was a terrible cash grab too. Overall, we'd definitely give Home2 another try though!

The property was nice clean and staff was extremely proactive. Room was nice and cozy. Good amenitys. Not the typical Hilton towels i excepted but not bad. Nice breakfast options. Overall good stay and experience. Will return again

I was greeted with good customer service upon check in. The staff was friendly and always greeted me each morning during the complimentary breakfast and always answered any questions I had. This was my third time staying at his hotel and I will continue to stay at this hotel for any future travels to Garden Grove and Orange County.

I would have given this property five stars because the staff is super nice, the rooms are clean and the right amenities for the price. But the breakfast is terrible. Unique idea to make sandwiches but the eggs looke they’re from a future where everything is freeze dried, they only have fried chicke (which is ok by me, and to get to the food seems like you’re going to get hurt. Pulling drawers out. Using tongs and trying. It to get burned seems high risk. Change the breakfast and you’ll have a solid entrant in this price range.
