"It was ok but for strangers walking around"

"Hotel was fine. Problem was reservation management. I booked a room in mycar on way to hotel and paid for it as I had no plan tk cancel or change and when I got there 30 minutes later I found out that I hit the wrong date. I booked it for the following night. Receptionist was no help. I called Hotels.com they said they had to get Rodeway in reservations to change the date to current night. They refused to change it. I then had to pay for another night. They are that desperate. Hotel.com said they would request a refund. Rodeway Inn again refused to issue a refund. What pitiful customer service for a simple mistake and can't believe they are that desperate to steal $100 from me. I will never stay at another Rodeway Inn. or use Hotel.com ever again. I have used Hotel.com for years but now that Expedia bought them out they suck."

"Super nice! Staff was very friendly and the room was really clean. Breakfast was really good too even though they ran out of coffee quickly and didn't refill it-- there was coffee in the room."

"We had a very disappointing experience on Saturday, April 18th. We ended up never receiving our food. We waited a long time, and no staff member provided any explanation or updates about the delay. Eventually, we had to leave. Poor communication and service overall. Not what we expected, especially for a paid meal."

"The breakfast menu was very good. Excellent variety. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Didn't go swimming. Rooms were quiet. Bed was so comfortable. Slept like a baby. LOL"

"Should be called the mosquito inn. Had mosquitos flying all over the room and attacking us all night. On the plus side, only found one cockroach. The floor was somehow slimy, sticky, and slippery all at the same time. Not sure how they accomplished that but it was disgusting. The bed was slightly softer than a slab of granite, but not by much. I know some people prefer a firmer mattress but this was rediculously hard."

"I reserved a king bed room, but when I checked in, it smelled strongly of weed despite being labeled as a non-smoking room. I complained and, after about two hours, Richard at the front desk was helpful, but unfortunately he said there were no other king rooms available. He also mentioned they couldn’t assign that room to another guest, yet it was the only option offered to me. If I had been alone, I might have accepted it, but I was traveling with two toddlers, which made the situation much more difficult. Although he offered a refund, it was already 10 PM and my kids were tired and crying, so leaving wasn’t really an option. To make matters worse, the toilet was flooded, and the overall environment didn’t feel family-friendly. There were people outside playing loud music, barbecuing, and smoking weed. I don’t have anything against that, but it’s not the kind of place I would choose to stay with children. Overall, I would not return."
