As part of Ideal Beach Resort, this two-story home enjoys access to a wealth of amenities on the southwestern shore of Bear Lake. Visit the resort's heated pools, water slides, hot tubs, and beautiful lakefront beach when you want to take a dip. Other facilities include dry saunas, a miniature golf course, indoor and outdoor tennis/pickleball courts, basketball and volleyball courts, grills, picnic areas, and an activity center.

The paved road makes it easy to get to and from your daily adventures, with lovely outdoor spaces greeting you upon your return. An expansive deck and a shaded patio wrap around the house on two levels, offering a private hot tub, a gas grill, and generous space to lounge and dine. There's even a firepit where you can gather to roast s'mores and count the stars in the sparkling night sky.

The main living space is upstairs on the second floor, with windows on three sides that let in commanding views of the mountains, lake, and golf course. Large gathering spaces are found throughout the house, including an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a light-filled living room, and a downstairs den with a gas fireplace and a smart cable TV.

When it's time to turn in, you'll find two bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs, including a primary suite with its own TV and a private bathroom featuring a tub and shower encased in stone. Adding to the relaxing atmosphere are family-friendly amenities such as a high chair, a booster seat, and a selection of toys, books, and games.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
