Perfect for Family Get Togethers

Our family has stayed multiple times now for weekend reunions and will likely be back again. Great location, lots of space inside, kids love the game room, plenty of parking space. Very clean, check in was simple. 10 adults and 12 kids fit very comfortably. Awesome view of the lake.

This was the most user friendly place for familes with little ones. The game room was ideal having a climbing wall and foam pit, pool table, fooze ball, and pingpong table. The children were entertained for hours. We all enjoyed being together with six bedrooms to accommodate every family member. The entire layout of the cabin was ideal for us! I would highly recommend this rental.

Bear Lake Lookout - a perfect family getaway

As soon as we walked in, the kids were hyper engaged in the play room and then in deciding who was sleeping where. With 13 Littles from 2 to 16 years old, it was chaos. With three levels it was perfect for spreading out and age grouping for movie time. The deck was amazing for having meals outside. When we ventured out we had North Beach one way and Garden City another way. We were close to everything. Views were unbelievable. House had everything we needed and then some. We can't wait to come back!

Game room was awesome- the initial draw really to booking. Gave adults a lot of free time knowing they were contained and busy playing.

Great/fun Stay!

I was so thankful for Tami’s consideration to let us come a little early to celebrate with a sibling that had to leave later the night we arrived, so we got more time together! The cabin was beautiful with a great view and great for big families to stay together! The kids loved the foam pit, rock wall, and game room the most! We sure loved ringing in the New Year here! A memory we’ll have forever! It was clean, fun and a great cabin! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home with a View

Tami, thank you for sharing your home with my family. It had everything we needed. The view was amazing off the back deck. Plenty of beds for everyone. Everything was as advertised and we absolutely loved our visit to Bear Lake.

Great cabin on bear lake

The location and view were gorgeous! The game room was a big hit with the kids, especially the climbing wall and foam pit below it. Weather prevented us from enjoying the kayaks but there was never a dull moment with everything around the house. Highly recommend if you have kids

Labor Day Vacation

This property was exactly what we needed! We had all of our children and grandchildren with us, and everybody had a place to stay. The kids absolutely loved the foam pit and climbing wall. The view was spectacular and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. It is well stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc.. We would definitely book again if our family chooses to enjoy Bear Lake next year.

We had two reunions and time with the family Our view was as good as it could get. The roads need some work. It was so nice to be together as a family and enjoy the time together. we really enjoyed the game room. It was well used.

Great Winter Getaway!

We had a great time! The house was plenty big enough for all our adult children and grandchildren. There was so much to do both inside and out. The view from the big windows was absolutely spectacular! The sunrise over the mountains each morning was so picturesque. The host for this property is very responsive and doesn't hesitate to help if you need something. We stayed at one of their other properties and had the same great experience with them.I think the only con was that this home is way up on a hill (It needs to be to get that spectacular view!), and we needed a 4-wheel drive truck to get up there. We didn't realize this when we booked it so we ended up parking cars at the bottom of the hill and taking several trips in our truck getting all of us up there and back down. The roads are fine when there is no snow. It's just a bit unpredictable to know whether there is going to be snow when you book. Oh, and definitely follow the host's directions to get up there!! One person in our group was following the GPS and ended up off-roading in the snow. Ha ha!

Great location. Could use some improvements

Check in is supposed to be 4:00. We weren't able to check in until 4:30. Cleaning crew didn't leave til 4:45. The place was very hot, discovered the A/C filter hadn't been changed in a year. Two burners on the stove top are broken. Half the gas BBQ grill doesn't work. Overall a good experience, but some maintenance would make it an outstanding experience.

Great place for a family gathering.

This is the 3rd Cabin that we have had for our family reunion @ Bear Lake. This over-all has been the best cabin we have stayed at. First of all, there were 2 fridges! This was huge with having to bring all the food for 25 people. The other cabins that sleep the same if not more people only had 1 fridge. The "play room" was a huge hit with the younger kids. There isn't much of a yard, but we were still able to play some water games. The view was amazing! When I first pulled up I was worried about parking, but there was plenty of room for 7 vehicles. The rooms were nice. Their wasn't a huge difference in the rooms. Yes, some had a bathroom and others didn't, but there wasn't a tiny office with a curtain to cover the window door for privacy. In years past, there were definitely 1 or 2 rooms that were drastically worse than the others, which can cause issues on who gets what rooms, since we divide the price equally. If we do another reunion at Bear Lake I will definitely try to get this cabin.

Great place for family reunion

Nice place for lots of people. Originally thought we couldn’t get our large boat in but my son found a way. So all was well. Beautiful view of the lake.

Family Christmas reunion

We had a great stay! The cabin is extremely family friendly and was the perfect place for kids and adults to all have plenty to do and so much fun. The game room provided hours of fun! Everything was super clean and everything we needed was provided! Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

Lookouts review.

Beautiful views. Nice bedroom and bathroom availability for our family. Kitchen stocked well with appliances, pots and pans, and dishes. Only problems we had were couldn’t get fireplace to work. Did get working but needs work on flames. Wi-Fi very bad. Went through son’s phone to watch tv. Kept unplugging router but missed some football games. Frustrating. Had to call for trash bags. Host did respond timely. Overall would recommend.

Perfect stay!!

The house was clean and ideal for our large group. The beds were soft! We loved that there was a bathroom for each bedroom. The game room was fantastic! We cooked all our meals and appreciated the wide variety of pots and pans, etc., and having 2 refrigerators was great. We played games around the large kitchen table. Everything was perfect! Hope to stay again!
