Three bedroom condo in Harbor Village. 1,800 square feet on three levels with amazing views of Bear Lake and the Mountains. In this condo enjoy the cabin feel of Bear Lake with plenty of space to enjoy your family and friends. Wifi is included and three TV`s. It also has access to Harbor Village amenities which include their year round outdoor hot tub, seasonal pool and tennis courts. Fifteen minutes to Beaver Mountain ski resort and Beaver Creek lodge for snowmobiling.
4 Wheel Drive recommend in the Winter months.

Harbor Village is right across from the marina with walking trails located right off the neighborhood. Two minutes from downtown Garden City and 15 minutes from the Idaho and Utah State run beach access. Only 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Seasonal Pool and Tennis courts as well.

Jogging/walking trail is right out in front of the neighborhood, with close access to downtown Garden City. Marina is across the street. Overflow parking for additional vehicles or trailers.

Great Stay, fantastic View

Nice place with plenty of room for my adult and teen children to spend over the 4th of July. It's placed close to all the shops and places to eat in Garden City. Maybe one small thing and then something for the owners to look at. Family mentioned the decor was a bit dated and had a Christmas theme in the living room. While the view was absolutely fantastic, it was hard to get on the balcony with all the wasps that would hover around there in the afternoon. All in all, we would look to stay here again.

Great location and wonderful view. Plenty of room for us to spread out. We had to drive to the pool, but it was clean and well kept. Only downside - Three couples and one child were traveling. I booked this unit because it showed two queen beds and one king. However, one queen was a double and it was a little uncomfortable for the couple who is used to sleeping in a larger bed. And the pillows were flat. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Good times

Clean and cute. Beds were pretty comfortable. Enough towels and dishes for a large party. We had 6 people and we all fit comfortably. Definitely need a wasp trap on the back decks. I would've used them more as the view was beautiful, but there were constantly upto 3 wasps at a time hanging out with you. Also watch out for the 2 very large pot holes on the way up the hill. I almost bent a wheel the first time up to the condo. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Great space and beautiful view. Enough room for the 8 of us. The only drawback was the sign from the city saying the deck was unsafe to sit on yet the owner should it should be fine. I wish we were told in advance about this inconvenience. We were really wanting to sit on deck to read and relax. I also feel like the place could have been cleaner. Food splatter on cupboards and the duvet covers didn’t seem clean. No extra pillow cases for pillows. Couldn’t find extra linens. No laundry detergent as advertised in the vrbo description. I

Annual retreat

We come to Bear Lake every year and this was the best stay by far. There was plenty of room for our group. The house was comfortable and nicely appointed. It was also very clean. The view is gorgeous too!

Beautiful View ! We enjoyed our stay, a few minor issues like the keycard had to be changed as it wouldn't work at first, and several of the outlets on the walls wouldn't work. There was a new BBQ grill on the deck however, it wouldn't cook hamburgers as the temp wouldn't get hot enough. We expect a few glitches as nothing is perfect, so we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you....
