KITCHEN/DINING:
Come enjoy our modern kitchen with attached dining that is perfect for families. We have stocked it with plenty of dinnerware and furnished it with top of the line appliances. You will be able to find all of the basic cookware you'll need to cook the delicious meals you want! Everyone has a place with comfortable seating for up to 15 people at one time. Air fryer, Insta pot, BBQ!

LIVING ROOM:
The living room is set up to be the perfect place to gather as family or friends. The couch is large and comfortable, and the large 70” TV provides fun access to entertainment. The natural light that comes in through the large windows creates an open, airy feeling and lets you enjoy the mountain views. The adjacent hallway houses the laundry area with high capacity, top of the line units.

BEDROOMS:
One bedroom is on the main level with 3 upstairs, plus a bonus bunk bedroom. All bedrooms have easy bathroom access. The master bedroom features a 70” TV, large ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The main level bedroom has a bathroom just outside its door, and the other upstairs bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. Need to catch up on work? You can't beat the location being a short walk to several restaurants and the main grocery store (brand new as of Spring 2021). This home is across the street (2-minute walk) from the city pickleball courts, go-kart track, and just a quick drive away from a new outdoor adventure park.
