"I booked for 2 nights entered the room I had no TV went to front desk was told I could not be replaced in another room. Called guest relations and filed a complaint about the room and no amenities towels , soap , toilet paper etc . Before this happened I was ok with the establishment but this experience wasn’t good . I shared I would prefer to have a refund for the inconvenience I had to endure "

"I booked this room for relatives that were coming into town. Two things they did not like were the bathroom faucet and they said to regulate water temperature in shower was very difficult. It was either too cold or too hot."

"The house was exactly as pictured. I am an interior designer and am very picky about where I stay, especially when bringing my family including young grandchildren. I loved the spaciousness and the modern aesthetic particularly in the bathrooms and kitchen. The host was very very easy to communicate with. The bathrooms even had bidets!!! There were duplo building blocks for my grandchildren, a nice coffee/tea station. A spacious and fenced backyard. Honestly, I can’t say enough about how much we all enjoyed our stay. Since I have family there too, my plan is when visiting again, I’d like to book this home. "
