"Overall a good hotel. It's a pretty basic Holiday Inn, with a nice large dining area for breakfast. The room was good overall too. The mini fridge had a great freezer that kept our freezies frozen. The shower bed was nice and powerful. The only complaint I have is how stiff the beds were, I barely got any sleep. Oh, and for some reason, I found a human tooth on the rear fender of my husbands car when we were packing up to leave. Weird..."

"Rooms where very big with a lot of counter space for putting things on. Staff all arouns casino was so helpful and wonderful. The whole Casino was clean and beautiful and parking is very secure as they have cameras and security drivers which is nice. And the view is just beautiful if there is no fog which there wasn't. We had a wonderful stay and plan on staying there again. But next time we plan to pay a little extra and get a room with a balcony so we can look over to the ocean and ever thing else. Because the other rooms when you look out the window you look at a wall. Nice rooms but cheaper then the others which is a bull. Oh will they make there money some way."

"I go to Shelter Cove regularly and usually stay here. This time I had business in Garberville. It's a nice clean no frills place. It's in town right near shopping and restaurants. This time I decided to take the Bus, instead of driving. The stop is almost at the front door. No surprises. Nice comfortable stay."

"This place is wonderful! Great central location to explore the redwoods. The house is so cool. We went with multiple families and there was room to spare in the loft for the 6 kids. The loft feels like a treehouse and is so fun. Lots of amenities on the premise with everything you need. The hot tube was wonderful after days of exploring. The outdoor fire is perfect for hanging out at night. Beds were comfortable. Showers and bathrooms were nice. Definitely recommend!"
