"This hotel is amazing. We arrived and live jazz was playing in the reception. The staff was amazing from check in to check out. The place is so sleek and sexy. The luggage storage was even sexy if that’s possible. The housekeeping keep the rooms and common spaces spotless! The hotel and individual floors are ultra secure. For $20 more it was so worth it over Fosshotel. And it is so close to everything you want to see. I can’t say enough. We will be staying here every time we come to Reykjavík. Also, Dieg is in the lobby and has world renowned bagels and donuts. Do yourself a favor and just book it."

"The theme is very cute, which was a huge deciding factor at staying at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing too. This was my first time in Iceland, so there were some minor culture shocks that I didn't read about before visiting. The hot water smells like rotten eggs (sulfur) which was interesting, and having to squeegee the bathroom floor was also interesting, but not anything that warrants a lower review. I really enjoyed staying here. Free parking, free breakfast, very close to Reykjavik. Also, they are renovating and expanding! "

"Loved this hotel. Breakfast was fantastic with an outstanding view. Also perfect for cocktails. Rooms are alittle small and the shower would be hard to navigate if you mobility issues. Heated floors were a bonus. "
