"Clean and convenient. However a booking reservation paid for 3 adults gave us a room with bedding for only 2. The inconvenience of having to make foreign calls and arrange to have supplies delivered which should have been present initially was frustrating. The space was clean and well kept otherwise."

"Beautiful and upscale apartment. Great bedroom and master bathroom, great kitchen and great living room. The only weird thing is that if you have a guest staying in the living room on the pullout couch, the only bathroom is in the bedroom. But other than that, this is a great apartment. Great location and they even offer parking in the garage (for a fee). "

"We were there only one night, but the room was very comfortable and the staff was helpful. They recommended dinner at a nearby restaurant (Old Iceland) which was excellent! The hotel's breakfast buffett was wonderful with lots of fresh pastries, fruit, eggs and meats. I highly recommend this hotel in downtown Reykjavik. "
