Double bed room was very nice . Staff nice & everything clean. Very spacious . I only suggest bottle water for guest.

This hotel has a cool vibe. Overall my 3-night stay was fine. The rooms are much smaller than they appear online, and the hotel itself tries to be tech-forward but ends up feeling very low touchpoint. The room has a rotary phone (ooh trendy) but there’s no way to call the front desk and no concierge. Only a limited menu available by QR code. This probably works for some people, but with the size and limited staff, it felt more like the trendy LA version of a Best Western—and at least you can call the front desk from your room at a Best Western.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.
