"The property is very good..staff is exceptional...so no issues there The big issue for us was our room was a family room next to railway tracks, so essentially no sleep for 2 days as the trains honk right near our window all night ..they need soundproofing..."

The property was well-maintained and had lots of amenities such as restaurant and spa within the premises. We had booked the garden suite and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. "The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on."
