Loved the environment, the pool was very cool and the restaurant in the hotel had great food. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well. Rooms was nice, wished that the rooms came with complementary tea and coffee.

Poor ac and no gym or pool

Although this hotel looks great on the outside it is horrible on the inside. If you like air conditioning, don’t come here. The first night the AC worked fine, but then nothing but heat came out the 2nd night. I complained at 9 pm at night and I was told to open the balcony to let cool air in. They said the AC was not broken, but it was normal for the heat to come on because it was “cool” outside. I was sweating all night! Also, ever since covid they have not opened the gym even though their buffet breakfast was crammed with people. No pool, no sauna, no whirl pool.

適合一家大細的郵輪假期

整體房間很大很漂亮，露台環境一流。對住一個無敵大海景，無論日出日落都見到。 浴缸有按摩池，但是有點生銹，所以我們沒有用。所有泳池要收費。無邊際泳池漂亮打卡一流，但是收費有點貴。 酒店周邊的景點也很漂亮，沙灘正在擴建條橋，到時應該可以行出去欣賞海景。

강릉역에서 30분 정도 거리로 주변에 맛집이나 가볼만한 것은 정동진빼고 없지만 바다 전경이 아주 좋았습니다. 숙소가 오래되고 눅눅한 냄새는 났지만 청소는 양호 했습니다. 편의점 외에 문을 연 편의시설이 없어 아쉬웠습니다 주변 경관이 좋아 한번쯤 가 볼만한 곳입니다

山の上のチェックインはタクシー利用ですが、近くのチョゲグイ(貝焼き)の店に行くには、別館？から1階に下りたら海岸の前の通りに出るので歩いてもすぐです。 インスタ映え抜群のリゾート地のホテルで最高でした。 タクシーを呼ぶならフロントで事前に予約するのがベストです。

다시는 방문하고 싶지 않은 곳입니다.

지난번 만족하여 재방문했던 곳인데 너무 실망했습니다. 1. 조식시간에 30~40분 가량 정전이 되어 토스터기, 커피머신 등 전기가 필요한 모든 물품 사용이 불가했는데 그 어떤 안내도 없었음. 룸으로 돌아와서도 계속 정전이여서 프런트에 전화해 상황을 물으니 양해를 구하거나 죄송하다는 말 한마디 없이 한전 문제고 언제 복구될지 본인도 모르니 그냥 기다리라고만 함. 2. 첫날 욕실 배수구에 머리카락이 그대로 있었음. 3. 이틀동안 프런트 전체 직원 3명과 조식시간에 만난 직원 4명중 그 누구도 미소조차 짓지않고 있었음. 친절을 바라진 않지만 지치고 억지로 일하고 있다는 걸 표정으로 모두 드러내어 기분이 좋진 않았음. 이전에 좋은 기억이 있어 주변에도 추천하고 저도 재방문 했던 건데 같이 간 동행에게 미안할 정도로 너무 별로였습니다. 시설은 특이하니 한번쯤 방문할만하나 그 어떤 서비스도 기대하면 안되는 곳입니다.

조각공원이 인상적이었고 호텔 내부도 아름다우며 바다가 눈앞에 펼쳐져서 훌륭했습니다.다음에도 정동진에 가게되면 들리고 싶어요
