急な予定変更により予約変更をお願いしたところ、すぐにご対応していただき、大変助かりました。少しでも恩返しのつもりで、1ヶ月後の出張の際に泊まり、満足しました。周辺には、飲食店や店も多く困ることもなく、部屋も予想より広く、掃除状態も清潔でした。簡単な朝食も1階のカフェテリアで無料で利用でき、ありがたかったです。食パン、シリアル2種類、牛乳、オレンジジュース、ゆで卵、コーヒーなど充分でした。

엉망이더군요

처음 리뷰나 사진으로 봤을땐 깔끔해 보였어요 막상 입실해보니 공기중에 먼지가 떠다니는게 보였고 옷걸이 위엔 먼지가 수북해 보였어요 변기나 샤워기에 수압이 너무 약했으며 아침 6시에 화장실을 사용했는데 변기가 막혀 난감했습니다 프론트에 전화해 뚫어뻥을 갔다달라 하였고 결국 제가 20분간의 사투끝에 뚫었습니다 퇴실때 너무 기분이나빠 후론트에 따졌으나 여자분이 죄송하다는 말도없이 그러셨어요 라고 하더군요 정말이지 끔찍한 숙박이었어요

어메니티가 비치 안되어 있음 로션 정도는 있어야 하는거 아닌가 싶음. 주차 구획도 정비가 필요해 보임 호텔 초기에 비해 무언가 힘이 빠진듯 관리가 안되어 보임 코로나 이후 조식 등 서비스도 없어지고 대신 가격을 낮춘 듯 보임

아파트촌에 위치한 조용하고 깔끔한 호텔

아파트 단지로 둘러싸인 작은 번화가에 위치한 호텔입니다. 바닷가나 관광지에서는 좀 멀고 조용히 자기에는 좋습니다. 근처에 마트나 밥집도 있구요. 객실 자체는 조용하고 깨끗합니다. 조식을 안주는게 유일한 흠이네요. 추천할만한 호텔입니다.

다 좋습니다. 다 좋은데..

로얄 스위트에서 묵었습니다. 룸 컨디션은 아주 좋았습니다. 만족해요. 구조도 맘에들었고, 두개의 방 각각 화장실도 따로 있는게 아주 좋았어요. 더블베드룸은 거실로 통하는 중문이 유리문이라.. 커텐이 있으면 좋겠네요. 소파가 있긴 하지만, 거실 테이블이 낮아서 좌식으로 앉아서 뭘 먹어야 한다는게 조금 불편하긴 했지만 그래도 괜찮았어요. 이건 호불호의 문제니까. 근데, 이 호텔의 시그니쳐이자 가장 고급룸인 로얄 스위트 룸 임에도 불구하고 에어컨 온도조절이 안됩니다. 프론트에서 방,거실의 에어컨 컨트롤러가 반대로 작동할 수 있다는 안내 받았습니다. 이거는 문제가 안되는 부분입니다. 작동에 아무 문제 없으니까요. 진짜 문제는, 에어컨의 온도가 내려가질 않아요. 방 내부 온도가 27도였습니다. 제일 비싼 방 임에도 땀을 뻘뻘 흘리며 묵었어요. 프론트에 문의해도 뭐.. 야간 직원 혼자서 당장 어찌 할 수 없는 문제인걸 저도 알았기에 '이러이러한 문제가 있으니, 관리자 측에 전달만 해달라' 했습니다. 에어컨 냉매 가스가 없는것 같았어요. 어딘가 새는게 아닌가 싶습니다. 호텔측에서 선풍기를 하나 가져다 주시긴 하셨는데.. 밤이 되니 좀 나아져서 그럭저럭 자고 체크아웃 했습니다. 이 문제가 개선이 되었는지는 모르겠네요.
