"The property is located in a small village within walking distance to the national marine biology museum. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures, spacious, clean, and comfortable with a sleek industrial design. We had a mountain view room, which has access to a very large back yard and a pretty front yard. The hostess was very friendly and provided lots of useful information. "

"Hotel is a bit old but still clean. Service was average, breakfast is mediocre. Access to the beach very convenient, I can tell it probably was a very luxury hotel many years ago, a bit old now. "

"Great experience at Sunshine Liv. Staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. We had a side view of the ocean but it was still nice and the view from the restaurant during breakfast was beautiful. "

"The hotel was clean and easy location to go to national park and beaches, night markets near was near by, lots eating options, and best part was there were Lots activities for the whole family to do in the hotel when it was raining out."

"房間很大，服務人員幾乎沒看到，但有事可以打電話給管家！隔音不是很好，凌晨三點一直被隔壁的鬧鐘鈴聲吵到不能睡（就是一直響一直響至少半小時以上），真的快要瘋了⋯⋯ 建議可以詢問客人是否能忍受聲音，如果沒滿房，安排房間能分散一點！ 比較要注意的是有2個館，要確認一下自己訂哪個館，導航要導對！星辰是在馬路旁，斜對面有7-11，離恆春市區較近。"

"Overall it’s really only a 3 star BnB. The check in experience is not as welcomed, the staff had a rather cold attitude. The room is not as clean as the reviews by other people. The floor is not clean and very dusty-just walked barefoot about 10 minutes you get black feet. The shower head is leaking. The yellow chaise lounge is very old and weary, the fabrics got so many stains! The bedside lamps were off-we had to fix the bulbs in order to get it working. The air con filter was super dusty...
