"The location and area are wonderful. The property COULD be a gem, but it is in terrible disrepair. The house inside, while perhaps not outfitted for people who cook a lot, is decent. But when we checked in, the exterior was a shambles. Grass half cut and lawnmower left on the sidewalk, gardens not weeded or cared for, pool cold and dirty, hot tub not working, and not clean, no propane tank for the bbq, the dock in disrepair to the point of being dangerous. "We stayed for a couple nights as we were attending a family wedding. Location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants. The onsite restaurant was very good! Pool was great, they could cut down some of the shrubbery around the pool to alleviate the mess and allow more sunlight. Front staff was professional and friendly. Will stay again. Thank you "
