The dining area, which is in the same space, has a table to enjoy meals with family and friends. The kitchen has everything needed for you to cook your best dishes, including a gas stove. At the same time, this property also features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (all of them have fans), each with two single beds. Furthermore, the house has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

The area of Gandia Beach pretty much has all the amenities you will count on. It is only 100m from the fine white sand beach which stretches for over 3km. At the end of it, if you like water sports, you will able to find a sailing and windsurfing school.
