Apartment on the third floor (no elevator), with two double bedrooms (with ceiling fans), a bathroom with shower tray, small and practical independent kitchen, living room with access to a beautiful South-facing terrace with awning and fabulous sea views. Exiting through the main bedroom, there is a second North terrace with sea views. Includes parking space and WIFI service. It has AC in the living room and TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Capacity for 4 people. Located in the Center-South area of Gandía Beach, residential area, near all types of services, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.

NO PETS ALLOWED. NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE under thirty years old are admitted.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (biweekly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker and hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them!

Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 hours in the morning. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned at our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned 24/48 hours after reviewing the apartment, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.

In the case of traveling with pets, if the apartment allows them, a supplement of 7 €/night/pet will be charged.

Gandia beach offers lifeguard service during peak season, the water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.
