About this property
Luxury oceanfront loft with 3 suites rooms with 190m2: High Speed Wifi: 300mbs - only families
Loft Casa del Mar is one of our best apartments and is located in what many consider to be the best urbanisation on the entire Gandia beach.
As an introduction, we can say that it is a 190m2 house completely renovated by a decorator who was clear that two zones had to be created in the house, one for daytime facing the sea, where everyone would live together, therefore designing an open-plan kitchen connected to the living room with the "open space" concept, and another nighttime, resting zone, at the back.
Moreover, the zones are separated by a panel in which the rooms cannot be distinguished, in such a way that they are visually separate spaces.
In it, we find 3 spacious suites with their incorporated bathroom.
There is a courtesy toilet for visitors that is accessed from the dining room.
Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Large capacity American-style fridge.
Washing machine and Dryer.
WiFi with 300MB stable fibre
Two parking spaces are included in the price.
Swimming Pool and Padel Court.

La excelente atención y resolución de los pequeños contratiempos que se presentaron durante la estancia. Solucionados rápidamente y sin demora. Amabilidad por parte de todos. La calidad del alojamiento muy a tener en cuenta.
Es difícil de mejorar, en cuanto a la calidad del alojamiento y a los servicios prestados, personal de limpieza, mantenimiento, etc, por lo que no se me ocurre nada a mejorar. Sin duda volveremos.

Maravillosa estancia. La ubicación es perfecta. El servicio de su oficina es muy bueno.
Disfrutamos mucho de la (platja) Gandia. Tuvimos la suerte de que hubiera Fallas. Toda una experiencia. Buena conexión con Valencia gracias a la estación.
Platja de Gandia es una animada ciudad costera. Gandia también es sorprendentemente divertida.
El apartamento superó las expectativas. Todo allí, limpio y ubicación perfecta. Es muy recomendable y sin duda volveremos. Gracias por 4 maravillosas semanas.

Estancia inolvidable!
Muy buena estancia en el apartamento. Tal cual se ven en las fotos. Muy cómodo y a pie de playa con una increíble terraza con vistas al mar. Piscina privada muy cómoda. Trato muy bueno y respuesta rápida al llamar con algún pequeño inconveniente.

Maravilloso apartamento
Todo!! La calidad es excelente
Lo único que he echado de menos han sido unas tijeras de cocina que corten bien, una buena tabla de madera y un delantal
(Por decir algo!)
La verdad es que es un sitio 5 estrellas.
Ya lo hemos reservado para el año que viene!

Todo. Desde la calidad del servicio prestado antes y durante reserva. El trato y el apartamento de lujo, lo VI en fotos y superó mis expectativas, práctico, cómodo, limpio, todo lo que uno esperaría..la cocina tenía de todo... lo recomiendo y repetiremos. Hemos estado en muchos alojamientos y lo mejor hasta la fecha sin duda. Calidad precio muy bueno. La ubicación perfecta y unas vistas increíbles
Para mi esta perfecto como esta, el apartamento super y por vuestra parte, el lado personal también. No pondría peros.

Perfect apartments and Perfect location on a first line with a see view
Modern and stylish apartments with three rooms and large living room. Every room with its own toilet and shower. Living room also has a toilet and it’s very comfortable.
The owners is in contact every time you need.
Kitchen was equipped all what you need even more. 1 parking place inside yard. Outside you can also park for free
Split air condition for heating and cooling in every room
For sure We will come back again in this apartments

VACACIONES MARAVILLOSAS
El apartamento es perfecto. Es amplio pero a su vez acogedor. Tiene todos los utensilios y más. Una terraza y balcón estupendo. Ubicación a pie de playa y además dispone de una piscina comunitaria que tienes tumbonas y butacas comodísimas, sol todo el día, ducha, wc.
No se puede pedir más.
