Bonaire 8º Solo Familias
Beautiful and cosy apartment on the beachfront of Gandia Beach, located on the eighth floor (with lift). The emblematic BONAIRE building is situated between the RIVIERA hotel and the Borsalino restaurant, and just a few metres from the VENICE ice cream parlour. Very close to the port and the grao, with walking access to services, restaurants and supermarkets, and a bus stop.
This apartment offers two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a beautiful, exterior and bright refurbished bathroom with bathtub, and a spacious independent kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. Living-dining room with access to the fresh North-facing terrace, from which we enjoy fabulous views of the Mediterranean Sea and the beach. Includes WIFI service and offers ceiling fans in both the living room and the master bedroom.
The building has a communal swimming pool with a fenced children's paddling pool, common areas with a small park with swings, and a tennis court.
Capacity for 4 people. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly change) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom).
Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. It is possible to collect keys outside office hours, by requesting this in advance and having deposited the deposit beforehand. Departure and vacation of the accommodation must be completed before 10:00 in the morning. Keys may be deposited within the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned at our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover possible damage or failure to comply with the checkout time. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned to you within a maximum of 5 days following inspection of the apartment, or take out accidental damage waiver insurance for €28, non-refundable.
Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and more than 3 km of fine, fine white sand together with a splendid Mediterranean climate is ideal for enjoying walks or practising running or sand sports.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard services during peak season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, newsagents, pharmacies, and many other services. The slope of entry into the water is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle so you can travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular amongst ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTHERN ZONE of Gandia beach, a virgin beach with no buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea inlets and rivers.
