  • Welcome to Eden Resort, your perfect destination for a family holiday at Gandía Beach! This fully equipped residential complex, recently renovated and tastefully furnished, is located just 400 metres from the beach, in an ideal location to enjoy both the sea and the mountains.





    Our apartment has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people, perfect for families seeking space and comfort. It has 2 full bathrooms with shower, independent kitchen with induction hob fully equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and all necessary utensils), air conditioning and heating by heat pump, through ducts that climatise the living room and all bedrooms. Free Premium WiFi with high-speed stable fibre for working and streaming and smart TV with channels in several languages.



    The apartment has a safe, iron and all the comforts for a worry-free stay.



    The resort offers incredible facilities for the whole family. Enjoy its 5 swimming pools, including a children's pool. The heated pool is perfect for the months of October to May, then it closes. The children will have a great time in the entertainment area with slides and swings, whilst you relax. For the more active, we have a gym, tennis and padel courts. After a day of fun, nothing better than a barbecue in the communal area.



    The location is unbeatable. 400 metres away you will find Gandía Beach north zone with golden sand. For water sports enthusiasts, there is a windsurfing and surfing school ideal for children and adults. Gandía's historic centre is 7 km away, perfect for exploring local culture. You have a supermarket just 300 metres away, nearby greengrocers and bakeries, and everything is accessible on foot.





    Other nearby attractions include Aquopolis 25 km away, Terra Mítica 80 km away, Oliva Nova golf course 20 km away, and the Albufera 60 km away. Valencia airport is 80 km away and Gandía train station is 7 km away.

The apartment was well equipped with everything working. The location was good but just a bit far to walk to the beach. Plenty of safe parking adjacent to the complex.Good value.

Fantástico!!!!

Toso muy nuevo, limpio y bien ordenado. Las duchas perfectas incluso para perdmsonas con discapacidad motora. Las instalaciones dd la urbanización, estupendas, sobretodo la piscina cubierta. Nos vamos encantados con el apartamento y el servicio.

Me ha gustado mucho la reforma realizada en cocina y baños. Como sugerencia en la cocina vendría bien poner un tostador y alguna fuente para ensaladas. Por lo demás esta estupenda.

Nos ha encantado todo absolutamente. Apartamento impoluto, muy bien decorado, comodísimo, no le faltaba detalle. Vistas de la salida y puesta de sol desde la terraza. Tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos bebederos para los perritos. Las piscinas, jardines e instalaciones muy bien cuidados. El personal de reservas de AG encantadores. Repetiremos sin dudarlo Fue todo perfecto

Excelente apartamento

El apartamento es amplio y tiene todo tipo de detalles: cafetera, tostadora, microondas, lavadora, lavavajillas, tendedero,sillas para ir a la playa... La entrada era s las 15:00 y nos, dejaron entrar a la 13:00 lo cual nos facilitó instalarnos. La urbanización tiene piscina, gimnasio, sauna,... Facilidad para aparcar en la zona. Lo recomiendo

Hemos estado alojados, en los apartamentos Eden, llevamos muchos años alquilando con la agencia apartamentos-gandia.Siempre estamos muy comodos, como en casa, y nos atienden fenomenal. Cualquier cosa, en el momento se resuelve.Los apartamentos estan muy bien equipados y tienen de todo. Para pasar unas agradables vacaciones.

Unas buenas vacaciones

En general nos ha gustado muchísimo el apartamento, Es muy completo y tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Las características coinciden completamente con lo que aparece en el anuncio. El apartamento estaba muy limpio. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada, había todo lo necesario y los electrodomésticos muy nuevos. En los dormitorios las camas eran muy cómodas y era muy útil tener mantas de sobra en los armarios por si, a pesar de la calefacción, alguien necesita una más... Las instalaciones de la comunidad están super bien (padel, gimnasio y piscina climatizada ahora en invierno) y son de fácil acceso. El apartamento tiene una buena ubicación ya que se encuentra bastante cerca de una bonita playa. Pues por poner algo, porque ya digo que me ha gustado todo mucho... yo pondría un dvd en el televisor del salón. Y otra cosa que sabemos que es ajena al propietario del piso, es que los dos últimos días que estuvimos, que eran los que teníamos planeado pasarlos descansando en el apartamento, no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina climatizada porque la estaban reparando, con lo que los niños se llevaron una gran desilusión.
