Beautiful apartment by the sea

Fully renovated designer apartment. Located 10 metres from the beach on the ground floor. The complex features a seasonal chill-out area with a pool, accessible upon purchase of a drink there.<br><br> Bed and breakfast or half-board options available; check rates. Optional activities: banana boat rides, jet skis, go-karts, paintball, kayaking, sailing, surfing, paddle tennis... Seasonal outdoor pool available with a minimum purchase required at the “Chill Out Agua de Coco” resort.<br><br> Additional guests are not permitted. Quiet hours must be observed from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from midnight to 9:00 AM, as well as the community rules of the residential complex. Parties are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Upon arrival, the guest will be required to pay a security deposit of 150&#8364; to cover any damages that may occur; this deposit will be refunded via bank transfer after checkout and upon verification that the apartment is in good condition. The guest agrees to provide the necessary identification documentation for all guests who will be staying in the apartment before the keys are handed over. Guests must provide advance notice of their arrival time; arrivals after 11:00 p.m. may incur an additional charge if the company deems it appropriate.
