Beautiful condo in a gated and family complex close to the beach. HEATING Pool / FREE Wifi / Gym / BBQ

Located 400 m from the beach, is a big resort ideal for your beach holidays.

It´s featured with 5 swimming pools: 1 heated pool, 2 pools for kids and 3 for adults and outdoor jacuzzi. HEATED POOL OPEN ALL WINTER-SPRING. OUTSIDE POOL CLOSED FROM END SEPT. TO END APRIL.



There are two areas where you can cook a barbecue or paella. You can also use tables and chairs to enjoy the meal under the shade of a roof.



You play some sports like play tennis and Padel. There is a tennis court and two padel court. You can enjoy them for FREE.

Make a break in the Sauna (1€/hour) or in the heating swiming pool or go to the gym. There is also playground with swings for your children.



The apartment has a big living room up to 6/7 people with large sofa, TV with international channels. and eating area for 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double room, 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 room with 3 single beds. Linen provided.



There is a big terrace with view to the sea and to the mountains. The terrace has table and chairs for seating 6 people, and two deck chairs. There are two bathrooms: 1with shower, 1with bathtub enclosed.



Kitchen is fully equipped.

When you go to the beach, you will find a Windsurf/surf School with very friendly people. We recommend you this if you are coming with kids. They will enjoy it a lot and you will have time to relax (win-win).



In the area there are some greengrouceries and bakery and also a great supermarket.



About restaurants, you will find a lot but we can tell you where to go and what you have to order.

Me ha gustado lo confortable que es el apartamento, las piscinas muy bonitas habían dos con hidromasaje. Todo en la casa es muy moderno la cocina increíble. Hemos estado muy a gusto y se lo recomendamos a todo el mundo. Yo creo que no hay nada que mejorar, lo único que la cocina al ser tan moderna nos costó descubrir como iba el extractor! Se me ocurre que podía haber una hoja de instrucciones por si hay gente q no sabe como utilizar el horno, extractor, cocina de eléctrica, microondas, como utilizar también la ducha de plafon grande, que también nos costó averiguarlo! Pero es por si alguien no lo sabe, por facilitarle las cosas.

La urbanización en general es estupenda,y el apartamento está muy bien. Para mi gusto las almohadas hay cambiarlas más a menudo,son demasiado flojitas y con tanto uso pueden llegar a ser incómodas. Pero es una pega mínima, hemos estado muy bien.

Séjour trop court. On aurait aimé en profiter encore.

J’ai beaucoup aimé la décoration du logement. Fait avec beaucoup de goût, ce qui rendait le logement chaleureux et agréable. Très bien équipé aussi. On avait tout pour faciliter notre séjour. Très propre aussi.
