Modern and cosy two-bedroom townhouse in a private, secure complex in the heart of Galway City. Wood floors, gloss kitchen with appliances, bathroom with walk-in shower, workspace with desk, and homely finishes for comfort. TV with smart channels only. Super fast wifi.



Our townhouse is a central base for exploring Galway City. Two bedrooms are downstairs with a shared bathroom.

The Space:

There are two bedrooms downstairs with a shared bathroom. Open Plan living area and fully equipped kitchen are located upstairs.



Strictly over 25s unless travelling with family.



Please note:

Pop downstairs to Galway's famous Charlie Bynes bookshop and spend hours sifting through old books, and new, and you will definitely pick up a few bargains. You will be spoiled for choice with the location of the apartment. So many new and old restaurants on your doorstep, pubs, historical buildings, the list goes on!

Peace of Mind:

All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, table tops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels. We supply towels, a starter supply of paper products, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs. We provide a welcome amount of Coffee pods and Tea .etc There is a Bosch Tassimo Coffee machine - coffee pods are available to purchase in all supermarkets.



Other things to note: We prefer the minimum age to be 25+ unless traveling with family. We do not rent to locals.



**Noise Sensitive Property - Strictly Quiet Hours Between 10pm And 8am**.



This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to all areas of the home except for a few locked closets, which we kindly ask you to respect.



The Neighborhood:

The BEST location! We are surrounded by Galway's best restaurants, pubs, and cafes. Whether you turn left or right you will be in the heart of Galway's top spots in under 4 minutes walk. For all your book lovers make sure you visit Charlies Byrne's famous bookstore.



Getting Around:

We can arrange private tours and airport transfers for you - just send us a message.

The train and coach station is within a ten minute walk. Accessing local bus routes is easy and taxis are plentiful.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Galway. It’s right in the heart of the Latin Quarter, but surprisingly quiet and peaceful—tucked away just enough to feel like a retreat. The apartment was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. We loved being able to walk to all the restaurants, shops, and pubs. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Galway

Had a great stay with family in center city Galway. Location was perfect with easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops. Great communication with the property manager made check in a breeze. Plenty of room for a family of four. Overall a wonderful experience all around!!

The location is perfect! Just steps away from the fabulous nightlife in Galway. You access the space via a large gate on a bustling street then climb dome steps to a courtyard where magically, the noise disappears!The space is very sleek and there was ample room for 4 adults. The bed was comfy, the space was clean, and towels were provided. One slightly odd thing is that the bedrooms are on the first floor (as is the bathroom) & the living area & kitchen are upstairs. It wasn’t a problem, just different than what we are used to.The management company was responsive and easy to deal with, especially when there was an issue with the optional parking we chose to purchase. Overall this is a very lovely space and the location can’t be beat! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place for 3. Completely as advertised. We found a car park and walked everywhere. Loved this location. Very secure. Near restaurants, winter market and the Kings Head.

Mid-week stay in Galway

Great apartment in perfect location!

Very nice apartment in the Latin quarter of Galway City. Just steps away from the main pedestrian only streets of Shop and Quay street. The apartment is set back in its own little square that you access through a security gate off the street. Far enough away that it was quiet at night but within a 1-2 minute stroll you could be in The Kings Head drinking a pint or in Ti Coili listening to an Irish session! Has all the modern amenities you need to make for a pleasant stay and was perfect for our family of 4. Communication with our host was great and we would stay here again!

Great Galway Location

This home is an excellent option if you want to explore Galway & the region. It is walkable to so many restaurants & sites in the town, as well as to the bus & train stations. It was also clean and quiet, and the property managers were quite responsive & helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Immaculate place exactly as described and in the pictures. Great communication from the host with lots of local tips. Dinner walk-ins in Galway were a challenge so make reservations when you can!

Great location!

Very nice place in an AMAZING location! Clean and comfortable. We had our 11 month old with us and this location could not have been better to conveniently return for naps then head back out into the city. Easily baby proofed as well! Quiet and safe location.

The location is truly amazing. Right in the heart of Galway in the Latin quarter. Very walkable. Clean & as described. We had a rental car, parking close in the Hynes car park. Very convenient but expensive. A bit noisy at bed time.

Duplex has excellent location. Easy walking distance to many interesting sites in and around Galway City. The kitchen was very well equipped. We did note a few concerns: -enough towels for the week (5 for 3 adults) -enough paper products ( we purchased more) -hot water for showers.

Location location location

You can’t beat this wonderful townhome for the location. Right in the heart of everything, but secluded for privacy. Nicely furnished, comfortable beds. Easy walk to the grocery. Easy walk to everything. We had incredible meals at the local restaurants. Even experienced a Saturday night in a packed Irish pub. It was heaven. You can’t go wrong staying here. Looking forward to returning on our next stay in Galway.

Good location but issues

The location is fantastic. Right in the middle of everything and quiet. However there were some issues. Was told there was reasonably priced parking 3 minute walk but was never given information about it. As a result ended up paying 56 euro for two nights parking. Showers were lukewarm to cold. There were instructions on how to “boost” the water heater but it didn’t make much of a difference. Also was only able to successfully wash and dry one load of laundry successfully which was an issue because we needed to wash clothes badly and booked this place especially because of washer/drywr. Ended up having to take a sopping wet pile of laundry to a local laundromat on our way out. Twin mattresses seemed okay but the double bed mattress was old and sagged badly in the middle. Kitchen was well equipped.
