"Great lobby space with live music, very personable staff and super quiet well appointed room though more USB charging availability would have been appreciated for our various devices. A downside was the room service as we arrived at 10 p.m. and hadn’t eaten dinner…the pizza was practically inedible (per my husband, who choked down two pieces just to get something into his stomach, and my toastie was made with flavorless processed cheese slices - the mushroom soup I ordered was the highlight by far. An unfortunate blight on an otherwise comfortable stay."
