Convenient stay next to train/bus station

Super convenient location right across from the train and bus station and a 10 minute walk to restaurants and town center where the tour buses pick you up. I would suggest being more clear in the description that this is not a hotel, but student housing that is temporarily empty for the summer break.

Would not recommend

Room much smaller than expected, mattress was very uncomfortable (you could feel all the springs), other than 2 towels and hand soap, no other toiletries. Did have a fan for room which was an added bonus.

Schlechter Gesamtablauf

Es war schmuddelig im Küchenbereich. Die Küche war auch sehr dürftig eingerichtet. Es gab auch keine Küchenhandtücher. Von selbst haben die gar nichts gemacht, immer nur, wenn man gefragt hat. Die Fenster im Zimmer waren vergittert und man konnte nicht richtig lüften. Wir hatten ein Fenster zum Hof, der sehr hellhörig war. Sobald dort jemand gesprochen hat, könnte man das im 3. Stock hören. Am vorletzten Tag wurde unser Zimmer doppelt gebucht, so dass auf einmal eine Horde junger Männer im Raum standen. Nach einigem Hin und Her, hat man uns erklärt, wie die Schlüsselkarte überhaupt funktioniert, weil ich zur Kontrolle einige Räume probiert habe und überall mit meiner Karte reinkam. Von innen könnte man auch nicht abschließen. Dafür gab es dann auch nur ein "Sorry for that". Ich empfehle diesen Laden nicht weiter

Very helpful!

Everyone here has been nothing but helpful! I’ve had to change my stay multiple times due to covid and they were always accommodating. Location is great. Beds aren’t the most comfortable but otherwise it’s wonderful!

There was no fresh cleaning and the bathroom was horrible. I had to repeatedly call back to get keys has the room wasnt ready 4 hours after it should have been.

Beds are terrible

This is not an apartment or hotel, it is a shared living space. The room and bathroom are private which if that was the only issue itd be fine. The bed feels like its just a box spring. An air mattress would have been better. The sheets are so scratchy we ended up putting tshirts over the pillows to keep from rubbing us red. The building is also not marked well. Its actually called "Student housing" not the title on here.

This is not a hotel nor apartment

Not obvious when you book that its shared student accomodation...we had our own room but had to share a kitchen with 6 others which in times of covid is super weird....there should be more transpatency on it. Aldo there were no utensils in the kitcjen, just one set for 4 rooms and our room had not been properly cleaned with a lot of dust on serfaces. Staff were friendly and accomodating but hard to get a hold of.
