The air conditioning didnt work and temporary unit didn’t work had to sleep with windows open but traffic noise was to loud to sleep. Room was clean and tidy and in good location. Wouldn’t stay again due to ac issues.

Very nice hotel but a little noisy at night

The room was very nice and clean. It was in a great location to many of the tourist sites. Room was noisy at night even with the windows closed. I had to use the ear plugs you supplied on the desk. Elevator was out of service the last 2 days of our stay.

Great location to walk around Galway

This was perfect for our 2-night stay in Galway! Instructions were clear and we had no problems with the self-check-in kiosk; room was clean and well prepared for our visit. We chose a double bed plus twin bed room to have extra space (and in case one of us had a hard time sleeping after our long travels). We appreciated being within walking distance of the Latin Quarter, Spanish Arch, and Galway Cathedral. We always found parking in the city lot across the street. Would definitely stay here again!
