Staff where useless and rude, no elevator so if you have mobility issues or are frail forget about it as you will have to lug bags up a turning stair case. The staff was polite and friendly. This hotel is exhausted. The building is OLD and the bandaid repairs make it look worse. The breakfast was interesting.
