"We had a great stay. We had an issue with our room the first night but the hotel found an alternative and offered us dinner to compensate. The hotel is lovely, well kept and the pool area, whilst small, is a real find. The services are limited at the hotel, but you can order drinks which are collected from the sister property just up the road. "Nice position. The house is amazing, it’s really nice to stay here for holiday. You can go by walk in the center. But, also, some condition are really insane. You have to pay a late check in : 50€! Ok , the service, but 50€.. it’s like a sleep a night in a b&b. Linen and towels are not included ( you can take yours or rent it for 30€ ) but, but you have to pay 130€ for final clean! So? If linen and towels are mine, you pay 130€ for clean what ? Mah. So read all the small condition."

"We were a family with 3 rooms. That morning they called me stating they couldn't accommodate us and moved us to one of their apartments which was conveniently available. Everything else was booked in the town so we had no choice to stay. The cost of the apartment was much less but other than buying us drinks they never refunded me as they were supposed to. It was very upsetting and terrible customer service."

Easy walk to the old city, and parking in their lot a huge benefit. Highly recommend this hotel to get the most out of a visit to Gallipoli without having to navigate the old city streets with a car.
