Two Bedroom Townhouse

Enjoy an exclusive stay in this elegant three-room apartment located in a well-maintained complex right in the heart of Gallipoli. The bright and functional apartment features 2 bedrooms, a spacious living area with a sleeper sofa and a single bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette; two bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a tub—and a small private balcony. Amenities designed for your comfort include air conditioning in every room, private parking, a concierge service, and a shared garden with benches.



The high street of Gallipoli is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the beaches of Lido San Giovanni and Baia Verde—where the beach clubs and bars are located—are just a few minutes’ drive away. Both the shower and the bathtub feature a whirlpool system. The apartment is located on the third floor, accessible by stairs or lift. Within the complex, we have other apartments (5 two-room, 8 three-room, and 1 four-room) for a total of 90 beds, ideal for hosting families or large groups of young people. Air conditioning is available in all rooms.

ON-SITE: Sheets and towels: guests may choose to bring their own or, upon request, rent them for 15 per person for the entire duration of their stay. Tourist tax: 1 per night per person (ages 16 and up)

For groups of young people (4 or more people), a security deposit of 200 is required, payable in cash at check-in. It will be refunded at the end of the stay, also in cash, after the properties have been inspected and provided that the house rules have been followed.
