Excellent hospitality

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. We booked the hotel and within 15 minutes we were in our room. Marcello kindly upgraded our room and gave us a lovely bottle of wine which was a lovely touch. We had a beautiful room, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. The hotel pool was very refreshing and the pool area was a good space to relax. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the beach with many beach bars with a great atmosphere. It’s a short drive into the old town of Gallipoli which was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, thank you for a wonderful stay!! Laura and James
