    We rent only to couples and families.
    We rent only weekly from saturday(in) to saturday(out).

    Description:
    The apartment is located near the beautiful beach of Lido S. Giovanni, in a side street. It's a short walk (200m) from the beach and all the services.

    The apartment is configured as follows:

    - air conditioned living room with a sofa bed and a TV including a kitchen area provided with all needed things
    - air conditioned bedroom with 1 conjugal bed
    - air conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds
    - bathroom with bathtub and shower
    - internet access through WiFi

    Set of bed-sheets & towels and air conditioner fee included!

    As well it's equipped with washing machine, ironing board including iron, hair dryer, etc.

    The apartment is located on the third floor and as mentioned it's equipped with air conditioner in the living area and sleeping area.

    Nearby there are bike rental services and motorized vehicles, supermarkets, bakeries and the bus stop. In few minutes you can walk to the beach. To the main street (Corso Roma) you'll have a half hour walk. There you'll find shops of all sorts, local handmade articles and last but not least “Good local food".
