It's a beautiful rustic hotel, has everything that you need. A double room is actually a flat, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed downstairs. Pretty amazing! Also very easy to access all the slopes around.

Above my expectations

The experience was above my expectations. We had a room’s upgrade and it was a nice start of our holiday. The kind receptionist Lucia always asked about our stay. We enjoy the full and complete buffet breakfast. The staff was really nice and kind always smiling to us. The swimming pool and the spa is a must. We enjoy the use of a sauna and the relax area included. Is a baby friendly hotel and I really recommend for the position, close to Asiago and the ski facilities

It was a nice hotel.We wanted to eat in the evening though they said they only served for the guests that were on half board basis. At check out the receptionist requested an amount that we knew nothing about and I kept on insisting that we had paid in full which I had a receipt to prove.

Tutto bene a parte l' equivoco in cui Expedia diceva spa inclusa, invece ci hanno fatto pagare l' entrata alla spa perché all' hotel non risultava. Cmq il personale ha cercato di venirci incontro

Appena arrivata non sono stata ben impressionata per via del primo pranzo, poi ne ho parlato con Luca alla reception, veramente gentile, con il quale abbiamo trovato una ottima soluzione. Bell’ambiente, tutti molto gentili anche il maitre.

Hotel un po' datato, ma con una nuova gestione molto attenta al cliente ed ai servizi offerti (bar, ristorante, pulizia). L'area benessere è più nuova e ben tenuta. Ottimi i servizi anche per le famiglie con bambini (area bimiobi e ampio parco giochi pubblico di fronte).

Abbiamo prenotato in questo 4*S. Facile da raggiungere, parcheggio coperto che dà direttamente agli ascensori. Personale ultra gentile e cortese. La stanza ci è piaciuta tanto, grande e pulita. Colazione varia e di qualità. Bel balcone con vista. Spa bella ed essenziale. Anche la piscina è stata una bella sorpresa. Siamo stati fortunati ad andare in un periodo dove c’era poca gente. Tutto benissimo. Unico neo, purtroppo il caricabatterie del nostro telefono che era attaccato alla presa, dopo le pulizie, è sparito. Comunque ci ritorneremo sicuramente, magari al nostro ritorno avranno trovato il nostro caricatore!
