"Management was not to be seen. A lot of undertrained staff. The main hotel is in very poor condition and needs major renovations. Hygiene can be seriously improved. The new section of the hotel with a spa and the restaurant is on the other side of the street. In the main building, there is no possibility to have tea or coffee, not in the room and not in the foyer. "This is a great hotel in every way. The breakfast, rooms, common areas , spa and pool are top quality and spacious. Rooms a bit too hot; couldn’t cool them without opening the window all night. Access to the ski hill is a 10 minute walk, but there’s a small path down between the neighbouring buildings for the end of day ski out. "

"This was a great place to stay. Spotless room, very helpful desk staff, and exceptional breakfast (included) in a lovely dining room. For those who have a car, parking is free. A small downside for those with arthritis in their hands: the soap is liquid in plastic bottles that are very difficult to squeeze. You might want to bring your own bar soap."
