La Cornue range and SubZero refrigerator in the kitchen. Waterworks faucets. The main house has 4 bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Pool bathroom off Mud Room with shower. Office with full bathroom. Guest cottage with living room/kitchenette, bedroom (2 twin beds), and full bathroom. Laundry Rooms. One on the second floor and one in the basement. Saltwater swimming pool. Paddleboarding on the West River. Cocktails on the dock. Open floor plan with water views from every room. Large porch extending the entire back of the house with dining table and seating area for meals, reading, and relaxing. Walking trail along the river's edge. Plenty of parking.
