Beautiful waterfront home built in 2013 located on 75 acres of picturesque farmland. Exceptional, award-winning architectural design and interior furnishings. La Cornue range and SubZero refrigerator in the kitchen. Waterworks faucets. The main house has 4 bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Pool bathroom off Mud Room with shower. Office with full bathroom. Guest cottage with living room/kitchenette, bedroom (2 twin beds), and full bathroom. Laundry Rooms. One on the second floor and one in the basement. Saltwater swimming pool. Paddleboarding on the West River. Cocktails on the dock. Open floor plan with water views from every room. Large porch extending the entire back of the house with dining table and seating area for meals, reading, and relaxing. Walking trail along the river's edge. Plenty of parking.

Idyllic and Serene

This was our second stay at this house with my family and we thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful setting and house amenities. This is a perfect place for an extended family gathering. The pictures don’t do it justice - it is truly a gem in person. There were a few small issues with the house during our stay, to which the property manager and owners responded to and addressed promptly. We hope to return sometime soon!

The house is fantastic; the property is gorgeous, the pier is great; and the pool is wonderful. This place has it all. Very enjoyable stay. House is much more spacious than listing lets on; plenty of room inside and out. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Gathering

Our family chose this home to gather for a week of fun to be able to enjoy the peaceful riverside style of rural Maryland near ancestral communities. What a special surprise to find that “The Farm” is a warm, inviting and beautifully appointed home that provided much space for enjoyment , both inside and out. My children and grandchildren enjoyed the beautiful pool, the river, the expansive lawn… all immaculately kept. ‘Twas like stepping back in time in a lovely new home…. We will hope to return.

Paradise

An architectural marvel in an idyllic setting. Peaceful and serene cove where you can sit on the veranda and watch the terns dive for fish. We definitely hope to come back.

Excellent Edgewater

This was our second stay at this wonderful property, and we didn't think that our first time could be topped, but it could. From fishing on the dock to swimming in the pool to wiffle ball on the lawn to watching the storms roll in on the porch, this is such a wonderful place to have a vacation. We certainly hope to be back!

Spectacular Property

We loved our relaxing stay at The Farm! Our group included 6 adults and 2 kids. The house is absolutely gorgeous, sparkling clean and thoughtfully furnished in an understated classic style with unique nautical touches. It's open and airy with room to spare (and bathrooms for everyone). The kitchen was well stocked and we ate all of our meals on the back porch and enjoyed the views. The pool area is lovely. The 2 refrigerators, 2 laundry rooms and ice maker were much appreciated. All in all, a wonderful week in a wonderful home.

The perfect spot

This is simply one of the nicest properties on the Chesapeake Bay. Both house and setting are idyllic. The pictures are pretty, the reality is even more beautiful.

The home is just beautiful, just as pictured, but the backyard is even better. So beautiful and peaceful, beds all so comfy. Perfect place for Commissioning Week for our family.

Wonderful vacation stay!

This property was lovely. The house is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The pool was a great addition as the temps were in the 90's. Just loved this rental.

Even better than the pictures!

Beautiful home, grounds, and atmosphere! Amy and Rebecca were so easy to communicate with. The home is even more exquisite than the pictures show. It was the perfect place for our three families to gather and celebrate the end of summer. Can’t wait to come back to The Farm again!

Incredible House

We recently returned from The Farm and cannot say enough good things. The house is stunning and there is plenty to do. We spent a considerable amount of time outdoors and I want to highlight that there were no mosquitos. None. We’ll definitely be returning!

This home is incredible, better in person, perfect for a family getaway. Feels like home, so beautifully decorated and designed to feel like it’s been there forever, but new! The only issue us now I want a home like this for myself! Will rent again for sure!

A nice respite

This was not the family week that we imagined when we booked in the winter. Instead of our grown children and their families and my husband and me, only one daughter, her husband, and their two young daughters stayed. They had a lovely, lovely time. The house was so comfortable and attractive, the grounds beautiful, and the pool was such fun. While I am sad that all of us could not be together, there's always another year to look forward to.
