"Excellent location and staff was most willing to help in spite of our limited language understanding. We appeared to be the only guests in the hotel and very sparingly saw the single staff member who was doing everything.Our only real dissatisfaction was that the room was very warm and there was only a fan. Sleeping was very difficult on this summer evening. The city information center, which is across the plaza was extremely friendly andhelpful."

"The amenities beyond surpassed expectations. There is so much included in this stay, multiple saunas, ice bath, large pool, jacuzzi. All included. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We were close to everything and on a very peaceful street. It is a very easy, convenient walk from the bus station. Close to food, snack shop, a beautiful park. Everyone was ice and helpful. "We really liked the pool and the sauna. We used it every day after sightseeing to relax. The location is perfect, less than a minute walk from Krupówka street but away from the crowds. The staff was super nice. One important note if you visit in the summer, only certain units have air conditioning. Ours had it which was very important to us. "
