"The AC stopped working and I had gone to front desk to let them know. They sent a person over and he said the unit was not on. He turned it on and it went out again within four hours. The floors and sheets were wet most all the stay. When I asked again at the desk they kept telling me it was because the balcony door was open. We never left the door open. It was closed tight when we went in and out. Pretty uncomfortable and the slippery tile floors were horrible and unsafe to walk on. We had to lay twoels down to walk on safely."

"This hotel exceeded all of our expectations and more! Everything about our stay was wonderful. The infinity pool was absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing, and the views were simply stunning. The entire property was very clean and well maintained, and the staff provided excellent, friendly service throughout our stay. We also loved the trolley service to and from the buildings…it was so convenient and made getting around effortless. Overall, we had an amazing experience and truly enjoyed every part of our stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel!"
