"When you arrive in the hotel shuttle bus, you are greeted with an overwhelming hotel lobby with it's pretty center fountain and breathtaking inside roof. The check in around 1pm was pretty straight forward considering it is the national holiday and everyone in HK and China are travelling. The bedroom was generous in size and everything was up to the standard for this 5 star hotel although I found the carpet might need changing. There are plenty of shops to help pass time and the casino is humongous. If I had to make a comment on improvements then I would like to see one or two western cuisine restaurants. I have been in China for the last 10 days and it would have been more enjoyable for me to change my dining options. The free shuttle bus is very useful and convenient. The hotel staff were very helpful and took are bags up separately to our rooms and when we checked out, the staff helped us onto the bus to the ferry terminal. I would come again and if you do come, register for a Sands members card and you get 10% off."

"Service was over the top amazing, especially the breakfast staff. Kane, Asmita, Rod, and others were excellent. Treated us like family and we will come back just because of them. We wanted to take all of them home with us as our new family members! They were the best part of our stay. Honestly, this establishment was great, but I cannot say it is the best St Regis property I have ever visited. That said, the service was beyond reproach and the management team was phenomenal. The GM made his rounds and was extremely welcoming, fun, and energetic. There are so many options for luxurious accommodations in Macau, but this is a hidden gem. Small property with top notch service that felt like we were staying with family. Highly recommend. "

"A great hotel, very convenient to walk to everywhere on the Cotai strip; however, not overcrowded like the Venetian. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room controls (lights/sounds/blinds) are controlled by tablets, took a bit to get used to, but ok. Will definitely comeback. "

"Nearby bus stops and breakfast places that are quite cheap. Bakeries are open nearby too. Fast food also available and supermarket as well. Hotel provides free transfer to the airport which was a definite plus since we brought many luggage and not easy to go airport in normal public transport. Timing for the last transfer was perfectly timed with our departure as well. Nice feature. Hotel looked outdated and needed to be renovated to make it look new and fresh. Staff are friendly especially the concierge. Great work guys! "
