We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to
check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay.

Designed for families and groups, this spacious home comfortably accommodates a variety of sleeping arrangements across four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

From Interstate I77, take Hwy 58 west to Galax, turn right on Bee Line Drive just before Lowes. Take Bee Line Dive to the end which is .4 Tenths mile. Then take left onto Glendale Rd and go to bottom of hill and turn right onto Hebron Rd in front of gas station. Follow Hevron Rd for 7 miles and then turn left on River Hill rd. You will see a metal dome building. Go 3 miles and turn left onto Gambetta Rd. Drive 2 miles and Farmhouse is on the right. Big sign in the driveway.

- The house is located on a quiet street, please be courteous of the neighbors and keep noise levels low.

- Do not run air conditioning with doors open.

- Ensure all windows and doors are locked when checking out.

- Parties are not allowed, and will not be tolerated. Guests who violate quiet hours (9pm-8am) will be notified once, and then asked to leave on the second violation.

We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please message us before arrival with any severe allergies so we can confirm whether accommodations are possible.

- Put all bags of trash in the big cans outside for pickup after check-out.

- You're welcome to hike and walk along the trails. We kindly ask that you remain on the property and avoid entering neighboring yards to help respect their privacy.

-To allow us the opportunity to assist promptly, we kindly ask that any issues or concerns at the property be reported during your stay whenever possible. Issues reported after check-out may not be entertained.

Lost Item Return Policy: If you leave an item behind and would like us to ship it back to you, a return fee will apply to cover the handling and shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have left an item at the property.
