Property a little outdated but overall had everything you need.

The staff was fantastic and very helpful. The kitchen was basic and not enough plates or mugs for 2 but we made it work. Good location and value for money. Would recommend.

Loved the staff, breakfast and the proximity to the Old Town, from the Gates of Dawn onwards. Informative Yuste was the first ever to pour champagne for us at Check-in. Sandra of the cleaning crew was just Exceptionally kind and attentive. Please thank both for us. Thank you!

Great location, very nice staff, and a spacious suite in a beautiful Old Town area. We especially appreciated how kindly they handled our luggage after checkout. My only suggestion is for the restaurant staff to be a bit more attentive and warm. When I asked in Lithuanian about breakfast around 11:00, they understood me and simply said it was no longer available, ending the conversation there. A friendlier approach; like offering alternatives, suggesting where to find breakfast, or guiding me to reception, would have made the experience much better.

Hotel is next to a highway and far away from outside amenities/shops etc. Good parking facilities. Resort and facilities are ok...nothing luxurious. Mattress we got was springy and felt very hard. Staff are helpful and provided extra pillows on request. Breakfast had a good spread. Overall worth the money you pay.
