This properly furnished 2nd-story Apartment comes with:
- 2 cozy Bedrooms, each featuring a queen memory foam bed & a TV
- a luxury Bathroom, dual headed shower
- a complete Kitchen with granite countertops, a nice dinning area with 4 chairs.
- complimentary coffee, gourmet teas
- adjacent is our screened in community Treehouse Lounge. (message for inquiries)

Please note that the kitchen and living space are combed (if you prefer a full living room area please check out our Animal House or message us about Treehouse Lounge)

Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with private, keyless entry, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.

Guest Access
As a guest of the Treehouse Suite, you'll also have access to the adjacent community Treehouse Lounge during all hours UPON request & availably.
However, please be respectful of other guests during quiet hours;
quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am, unless a guest rents for private events.

All guests may enjoy our fenced, private courtyard, & other lounging areas.

Street parking is available 24/7.
Free Parking in the GRU city lot across the street from The Yellow House:
Weekdays - 6pm to 6am & Weekends - All day
