Our stay was great, the property was clean and as advertised. For a four bedroom apartment, it could be better if the fourth bedroom had a bed instead of a futon, but that was as listed.

The condo was the perfect location and size for us during our stay. It was close to the university and the softball tournament we attended. Checking in was easy and the place was nice and clean. Communication with Catherine was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

It was very clean and the neighborhood is quiet. There was so much space for all 5 of us. It's also close to campus. We enjoyed visiting with our daughter. Thanks for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Catherine's apartment. It's a great size for larger groups, although if you're tall, you want to nab one of the rooms with a proper bed!

The place was clean and comfortable. The property owner went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful - including ordering a crock pot for us to use so we didn’t have to haul ours down. Appreciated the space to spread out. Nice beds, comfy couch!

Can't beat this place! Grandson was in a baseball tournament in Newberry. Our whole family stayed here. Very centrally located. Owner was excellent to deal with! Definitely would stay again.

We were in town for a wedding celebration! The 4 bathrooms was just what we needed for everyone to get ready on time! The condo is decently sized, undergoing some updating, but suited us we'll! Catherine was so very helpful with any questions we had! It was a great stay

Our daughter received her white coat from UF, so as a family we decided to make it a weekend in Gainesville. The condo was very accommodating and the 4 bedrooms each with a bathroom was a plus. We would definitely book again for a short weekend trip.

Spacious, comfortable condo close to UF

The condo was perfect for our needs! 4 en-suite bedrooms with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were updated and super clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We were able to cook breakfast each morning and dinner one night. The owner was super responsive and very kind! I would definitely stay here again!

Mini Vacation with extended family

The property is in a good location, could use some updating inside and out, Major plus It was clean, the 4th bedroom did not have a bed it was more of a futon/pullout. it worked out ok for us but it would not for a couple.It needs a full-size or maybe twin bunk bed. The big downside is that you have to climb 3 flights of stairs. which was pretty rough for us 55 with bad knees, and there is NO Hot tub anywhere on site. The pool was not in the best condition, Overall, it was a good stay and the beds are comfortable

Football Weekend

I recommend this VRBO for location, cleanliness, spaciousness, and value. The shower pressure was great. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. While the unit could use some upgrading, our weekend stay for a UF football game was great. My only comment for someone to consider is that the unit is on the 3rd floor, and we did not see an elevator, so if anyone in the group has mobility problems this might not be the VRBO for you.

Convenient and clean condo

The condo itself was clean and well appointed. The property it is in has student housing, so the surrounding needs some maintenance. It was safe, close to UF, restaurants, and stores. Right off I-75 on Archer Rd. Christine the owner is very communicative. I will come back again when I visit my child who just started at UF.

Simple & Close

Catherine was super accommodating and very fast to respond to questions. Her place is simple but has most everything that you would need. Living room has a large super comfy couch. Perfect for relaxing with our friends. Each room has its own bathroom and shower which was great and really good water pressure too. Just a note that one of the bedrooms does have a futon as a bed. Might not be the best for an adult. There was an air mattress in the closet which may have been a better option. Plenty of blankets and pillows in all the rooms. There is a pool at the complex that made a great workout spot! Still too cold to swim when we visited. The description mentioned a hot tub but we didn't see one.We could get to a lot of places for shopping and restaurants within 15 minutes. This worked out great for our short trip. We had 6 people stay very comfortably.

Our stay at the Gainesville condo was exactly what we needed. The host was extremely gracious and communication was excellent. We were staying for my daughter’s softball tournament and it was perfect!

Exactly what we needed.

Great location

Visited with my daughter and her friend for a gymnastics camp at UF. The property is close to UF and easy to get to all the local shops, restaurants and fun things to do in Gainesville. The property was spotless and beds were very comfortable. Plan on staying again next year for the same camp.
