Welcome to our home! To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and to maintain the integrity of our property, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules:

No Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the premises. This helps us maintain cleanliness and consider guests with allergies.

Great Communication and wonderful location

The property manager had great communication, responded to any questions very quickly. This location was perfect for our family while in Gainesville to visit Shands. It was only a couple of blocks away from the hospital and a variety of eating establishments. The apartment was very clean, well stocked and the public swimming pool was right across from the property so for us it was the perfect location.The only issue we had was Google Maps, (GPS) showing the property incorrectly as "Bldg. J" instead of "Bldg. C", but that's no fault of the property owner and we found the correct location fairly easily.Thanks to the property owner for the great experience and we hope to stay again for any future visits!!
