Ideal location to the interstate and not far from the stadium either. This place is also close to shopping and eating. We only stayed long enough to sleep so it was fine for what we needed it for and the space was perfect for just the two of us.

This property is a great place to stay in Gainesville. It is very convenient to UF, the Oaks mall, hospitals, etc. We would stay again. Bring your own washclothes, because there are none provided!

We needed a pet friendly place to stay for one night to visit family. This place was in a local spot close to the highway so very convenient. We were able to have an early check in which we appreciated. The only suggestion I have is replace the area rugs and throw pillows. They were definitely old and very used. I understand the unit is pet friendly but it would really help spruce the place up a bit and help with pet odor in general. Other than that it served its purpose.

Good home-base and just what we needed for the trip.

The good: The host provided all the cook-ware we needed to cook all of our own meals and to clean the dishes afterwards. When there was a minor plumbing issue the host was very quick to respond and get it sorted out. We didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment itself but it served as a great home base for us to use for our daily excursions. The bad: This property is an older apartment with rather uncomfortable beds and older utilities. We also were unable to get anything to play on the TV or to cast anything from our phones.

Perfect!

This property worked great for my daughter and I while my daughter went to the Florida Gators Camp for 4 days. Very relaxing place to come to after all day in the sun. Also very close to everything.
