5 minute walk to the park that includes a volleyball court. Walmart is 3 minute drive or less, 8min drive to UF. 5 min drive to downtown with great food and coffee shops. Plenty of parking don't use the street park in front yard. House is great for tail gate parties. TVs are located in all rooms and theater living room where you can pop popcorn.

Great spot!

Great spot to stay with a group! We enjoyed hanging out on the patio and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Gaineville stay

Stay was good, place was clean and nice. The nearby area my be a little rough for some but not a biggie for me plus a law enforcement officer live next door and the neighbors across the street are cool. Only problem I can say is I had trouble logging into the wifi with the provided password.

Spacious and Comfortable

The property was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows and extra bedding. We enjoyed the screened in porch when the weather was nice. As someone else also said, the neighborhood appears to be a little rough, but we had no issues. There's a police officer that lives next door and the neighbors across the street were very friendly. The neighborhood was quiet. Our only complaint is there was no heat in the master bed/bath, that appeared to be an add-on. There's a window cooling unit, so warm weather would be fine. The host was an amazing communicator.

Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent most of our time there, so we were very happy that there were so many places to sit out there. The adjective cheery is appropriate. We would definitely stay here again!
