We needed something close to the O’Connell center for graduation . Rooms were largel, beds were comfortable. Cute little kitchen and coffee bar.

The property is large and all green trees and plants.The pictures do not do it justice, we extended our stay because we loved it. This place is in a wonderful quiet neibourhood.

A quite little getaway

My wife and I enjoyed four nights of good sleep on the very comfortable king bed. Great communication by Melanie. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to anywhere in and around Gainesville. After 28 and 39 mile bike rides, we certainly appreciated the great bath tub and ample hot water for relaxing in the evening. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Immaculately clean - and I have high standards for cleanliness. Property as described. Very comfortable for our 4 night stay in March. Melanie - host very friendly with timely responses. Would definitely stay here again especially at this price point. The coffee bar is an excellent touch for coffee lovers - nice Keurig, Starbucks, and all the supplies. TVs are great. Beds very comfortable. Linens/towels top quality. Thank you!

Adorable house! Very clean and cozy. Short walk to Gator football stadium. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well-appointed. 2 large tvs. Plenty of linens and blankets. An assortment of complementary beverages. 2 large umbrellas to use in case of rain. Host obviously cares about making the guests feel right at home! Highly recommend!
