Needed a comfortable place to crash for a few days. This fit the bill perfectly fine. Not the lap of luxury, but if you need a quiet, safe, clean place to stay I would definitely recommend.

Floor was a little dirty in the main area of the bedroom and the card key malfunctioned every time after a single use. Obviously, you get what you pay for and the price was really good. The staff was GREAT though! Very friendly and quick service. Thank you

The manager Dave was great and the front desk person Jennifer was amazing both very friendly people and will go outta there way to help ya we come back to Florida definitely going back there to see them and stay again.. and now that they have started renovations it’s starting to look good

Positives: the bed was comfortable and the tv worked. The bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. The shower curtain had mildew along the bottom, the shower and floor tile were dirty, there was no stopper for either the sink or the tub, and the sink was stained. The key card would not work. The front desk guy reset the card but the door was stuck. My son had to slam into the door with his shoulder for it to open. This happened twice. There were no chairs or tables, or a trash can, around the pool which had not been skimmed. At checkin, the desk clerk never greeted me, she just looked up at me and waited for me to speak. There was a gentleman in the background watching tv that had to show her how to find my reservation.

Service was excellent, but the room was pretty dirty. Linens looked used and tv didn't have functional sound.

Hotel was older and needs some updating. Toilet & tub both stained. Pool was not working. Breakfast was minimal, coffee, juice, muffin, bagel or some cereal. Front desk staff were all very nice. For the price it was ok.

The room exceeded our expectations. They need to update the picture on the website. The effort was noticed. The railings were freshly painted as were the rooms and all new flooring. Room for improvement- no blanket on the bed. The bedspread was a decorative thin sheet. I slept in my clothes. I brought my own pillow. Glad because the pillows were completly flat. We only got 2 towels for 4 people and when we asked for a few more towels, we couldn't get them. Shower was hot and the room was clean. We would give it another try.

Absolutely horrible

It was late at night when I got there so check-in was not so bad. I was very uncomfortable in the room. I left a light on hoping to deter any bugs from coming out. I’ll let the pictures do the talking. I showered at my daughters.

The front staff was nice and helpful. The first room smell clean but had some suspect spots in the shower and the mattresses were extremely old and stained. After asking for a different room, the next room was basically in the same shape as the first but the shower was a little cleaner. On the plus side, all the rooms had laminate floors, so at least no gross carpet. Hotel offers a free continental breakfast.

Emergency situation only

This was only hotel available to escape hurricane with any rooms and that would accept my dogs.Office staff was friendly. However the rooms were dirty and outdated. Bed was broken. Mold in shower. Dirty towels left in nightstand and food left in microwave. Breakfast was brown bag with muffin and fruit. Storm passed and head home a day early and no refund given for the last night I booked. Again would stay there only in emergency not for a fun vacation. Saw people working on rooms so hopefully property gets cleaned up and fully staffed

Very low end hotel of course for the price that was expected but I needed something quick. Showed up, doors locked. Knocked on the glass, nothing. Peeked inside a room I saw with the door open, nobody there. Went to the hotel behind it, same owners come to find out, the lady came and called them for me, so I went back over to check in. They were there this time. Check in was smooth, very polite, he apologized for my experience. Needs major attention and upgrades.

Ok for one night

Checkin was easy had no issues. Got in room and tv wouldn’t work. Personel was very knowledgeable and was working within minutes. Overall room was ok for someone needing a room for the night. Didn’t take photos but towels were extremely stained when I went to take a shower. Wash cloths were also. Probably won’t rebook unless desperate. Especially not for $100 a night

The picture they show you on Expedia and the room they gave us were completely different. This is not a property you even want to take a chance with. Dirty curtains, dirty inner pillows, smoke filled room(we ordered a non smoking). It needs to be shut down and renovated. Do not book here! Pay more and avoid this place. Both checkout and check in people were very pleasant, they even offered a nice breakfast baggy that we shared with a needy person we encountered in the community. Nevertheless, the room was a disgrace. Should not be on Expedia.

The staff member that checked me in was very nice, professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. On the other hand, bathroom tub and toilet seat was dirty, after every flush was overflowing where I had to use a plunger every time, shower curtain was moldy and towels were was dirty as well so I used my own. And upon checkout, the property manager, not so much. I feel as though as he needs to become more informed of promotions associated with bookings before ensuing confrontation and also work on his people skills.

There were dead bedbugs under the bottom sheets. One single roll of toilet paper was provided. The toilet kept running all night. A group of young people were repairing their cars in the parking lot, some on jack stands. The vending machines were out of order/not stocked. There were full trashbins surrounded by garbage next to, and under the stairs to the second story. Room numbering was nonstandard, with rooms 140-160 on the second story. Continental breakfast was a Hostess pastry in its wrapper, along with a rice krispies bar, presented in a paper bag below a sign that said "take one." The flat-screen television worked well, but was only 28 inches. On the positive side, there were plenty of clean towels provided, and staff I encountered were friendly and prompt with customer service - just appear overwhelmed with the state of the property. Even though I prepaid through Expedia, I did not stay through the second night and opted instead to leave in the evening.
